Luckily, if you’re a Spotify user, you already don’t have to wait until the end of the year to see your statsforspotify. Now, the web version of the digital service itself tells you who the most listened to artists are during the month, as well as the most played songs. We are not surprised by the integration of this function, because previously it had already reached one of the main rivals of Spotify, Tidal.
How to View Your Spotify Stats
We all find it interesting to know which artists we listen to the most or which songs we have repeated over and over again. If you use Spotify to listen to music online, until now you had to wait until December to see all these statistics. Another solution to access this data is to link Spotify to applications like Last.fm, although this is more complicated and annoying.
With Spotify’s new feature, there’s no longer a need to wait until the end of the year or turn to other apps for stats. Attention, because the music platform already informs about who they are your most listened artists and songs each month, information that you can easily access.
According to our tests, this tool only available on computer, both in the web version and in the program. To see these statistics, you must follow these steps:
- Enter the Spotify Web Player or the Spotify program you have installed on your computer.
- Click on your profile name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the options menu that appears, click on “Profile”.
- Swipe down slightly and you’ll see a section called “Most Streamed Artists This Month.” If you scroll down a bit more, you’ll see another “Most Played Songs This Month” callout. You will know the most important statistics there without waiting for Spotify Wrapped.
At the moment, in our experience, this very useful function is not available in the Spotify app for Android. However, that yes it allows you to see the story with the songs we heard, something that may also interest you. Here’s how you can do it:
- Open the Spotify application on your Android mobile.
- On the “Home” screen, tap the clock button that appears at the top right.
