Enjoy Beautiful Views Together
There are multiple places to go explore and enjoy beautiful breathtaking views together. Some favorite locations are the Royal Exhibition Building and the London Arch. The Royal Exhibition was designed by Joseph Reed. He had this exhibition built to host the Melbourne International Exhibition in 1880. This beautiful building is neighbors with the Melbourne Museum in Carlton Gardens, and held the first Parliament of Australia on May 9, 1901. In 1984 Princess Alexandra granted the building its royal title. The London Arch is absolutely beautiful. Located on the Great Ocean Road near Port Campbell, the London Arch formed a double span natural bridge until the section closest to the mainland collapsed in 1990. Before the collapse happened, tourists could walk across the bridge and overlook the view, and now there are two viewing platforms and you have the possibility of seeing adorable little penguins.
Be&Be, Castlemaine
Located on the highest hill in town, this cute little studio has gorgeous views that overlook all of Castlemaine. The interiors blend with the mid century and have a 70’s vibe also. This studio is very laid back and romantic for you to enjoy if you don’t want anything over the top and flashy.
Arthur’s Views, Mornington Peninsula
If you are looking for a peaceful, private and relaxing escape consider these luxurious suites. The suites are spacious with king size beds and your own private balconies. The view overlooks the beautiful bay and ocean views. Their expanding sliding glass doors let in the natural light, and if you want to have your privacy, there are blackout curtains as well.
